1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

Lynn Proctor Electrical Contractors, Inc. provides professional electrical contracting services including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

  • All services are subject to availability and scheduling
  • Service estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • Emergency services may incur additional charges

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
  • A deposit may be required for large projects
  • Additional charges may apply for work outside normal business hours

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

  • Workmanship warranty: 1 year from completion date
  • Materials warranty: As provided by manufacturer
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period

6. Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
  • Client is responsible for providing safe working conditions and access to work areas

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project and property
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Remove or protect valuable items in work areas
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Obtain necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Provide timely payment for services rendered

8. Permits and Inspections

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and scheduling required inspections. We can assist with this process for an additional fee.

9. Changes to Work

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide a written change order for any modifications to the original agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Canyon County, Idaho, in accordance with Idaho state law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lynn Proctor Electrical Contractors, Inc. and protected by copyright laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
